Our mission is to address education and skill deficiencies whenever possible. The Foundation hopes to eradicate the negative effects of compulsory education by promoting non-traditional learning with real life, on-the-job experiences, that we believe are necessary for a holistic and sustainable education. Therefore, we will seek to provide opportunities for those within our realm of impact to engage in ways that will increase work skills and earning power, strengthen attachment to their communities, provide exposure to STEM educational experiences as well as unencumbered life experiences, and increase understanding of and support for mechanical and agricultural industries. In order to accomplish our mission, the Foundation intends to locate groups and individuals that our board of directors believe would most benefit from our mission and to provide them with the educational opportunities and experiences that fit their needs.
